These are both a great way to start growing your own fruits. Strawberries will bear a great crop of fruit the very next year after planting. Blueberries and Raspberries will bear some the year after planting, and a good crop the year after that. Generally fruit trees take just a tad longer, beginning to bear some fruit the third year.
