Bemis Bucks is our way to say thanks to our loyal customers. Come have some fun, food, and get some great things for your garden

Bemis Bucks was started in 1998 as a way of rewarding our loyal customers for shopping with us throughout the spring as well as to lure all of you out to see us in July. We pride ourselves in looking good and being well stocked right throughout the summer and fall. Not everyone has a chance to do all their gardening in the spring. Don't worry, summer and fall are good, safe, convenient alternatives.

How do I earn Bemis Bucks? You earn one Bemis Buck for every $10 retail purchase made from April 15, 2008 to July 8, 2008. (A $17 purchase is worth 1 Bemis Buck, a $23 purchase is worth 2 Bemis Bucks.)

How do I redeem Bemis Bucks? Every year we have a special event called Bemis Bucks Weekend when we set up special displays, offer free hot dogs and soda, and give away door prizes. This year our event will be from Wed. July 9 to Mon. July 14, 2008. On those dates ONLY, you can redeem your Bemis Bucks for up to 50% off your total purchase of any in-stock items. For example if you purchase a $100 tree on July 9, you may use 50 Bemis Bucks and 50 real dollars. What a deal! The more you've spent, the more you save! We are NOT trying to get rid of junk. We know you don't want to buy half-dead plants regardless of the price. We grow and buy special crops of prime plants for this weekend. We just got in another delivery of perennials. There are no tricks, no plant, pot, statue, fertilizer, or anything is off limits. Everything we carry can be bought with Bemis Bucks (except of course Gift Certificates)

What if I forget? Keep your Bemis Bucks in a safe place and use them at next year’s Bemis Bucks Weekend. Dates will be announced.

We have a few simple straightforward rules to make it fair for everyone:

1) July 9th - 14th only! This is so it is fair for everyone. Some folks plan their vacations around these dates.

2) No rain checks, but anything that we have here is fair game. We try to have everything seasonally appropriate in stock. No tagging/holding. In fairness to everyone we can not tag any merchandise "sold" before July 9^th. Everything is fair game during those days.

3) Be hungry. Free hot dogs and soda to nourish your body while the trees, shrubs and flowers nourish your soul.

4) Have fun!
